We work with a number of highly skilled, provincially-licensed abattoirs including Rodear Meats, Riverside Natural Meats and Kam Lakeview Meats in the BC Intertior as well as Gunter Brothers on Vancouver Island. We deliver consistent quality finished B.C. beef through sales of halves, primals and packaged cuts. We can also supply you with your own custom cuts, providing we have enough lead-in time. All of our carcasses are dry aged for a minimum of 14 days.
Below is a list of our primal cuts which have been developed to meet the needs of B.C.'s local chefs and the food service industry. If you would like to order a cut on a regular basis that you do not see on this list please ask.
